Our Ethics and Accreditations

At KRISHNA HESSIANS we work with a single dedicated factory which ensures transparency, no surprises and complete control of production.


All stages of the production process are audited, from sourcing the raw materials, to the final production of our products. We have a responsibility to our customers, but we have a larger responsibility to our workers. Ensuring that they are paid a fair wage and work in the best conditions possible.

As part of our transparent approach to compliance, we have always welcomed visits to our production facility for clients.


OEKO TEX is recognised as the leading processing standard for textiles, verifying the final textile product testing more than 300 harmful substances and analyses and evaluates existing production condition with respect to use of environment friendly technologies and products as well as safe and social responsible workplace .

ISO 9001: 2015

ISO 9000 Certificate provides a comprehensive model for quality management systems that can make any company competitive. This standard improves effectiveness via process performances metrics,numerical measurement of the effectiveness of tasks and activities.

ISO 14001:2015

ISO 14001 is the international standard that specifies requirements for an effective environmental management system (EMS).

OHSAS 18001:2007

OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Certification is an international standard which provides a framework to identify, control and decrease the risks associated with health and safety within the worklpace

Carbon Foot Prints  ( VCS – Voluntary Carbon Standard)

Krishna Hessians  is indebted to its consumers worldwide , who have made this name synonymous to that of a company that ensures 100% adherence to the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Krishna Hessians leaves no stones unturned to preserve the purity and sanctity of nature. It uses the State-of-the-art devices so as to ensure that nature doesn’t get hampered by excessive emission of Carbon Dioxide or Methane gas that might have a lethal affect on nature. In order to reduce Carbon Footprints,  Krishna Hessians uses bio mass fuels like Jute waste, Paddy waste , agricultural wastes which are available in season to arrest  the carbon emission into the nature.

Ethical Audits and Technical Audits

Ethical Audits

Our  factories have had regular ethical audits undertaken.  These ensure that no child labour is involved, all workers are paid decent wages, have safe working conditions and that the factories fulfil environmental standards.

All stages of the production processes are audited – from sourcing raw material to delivery of the final product – and we ensure that all our suppliers adhere to the same codes of practice as ourselves.  These audits are then loaded on to Sedex.

Technical and Quality Audits

In addition to the Ethical Audits, we welcome Technical and Quality Audits to the standards required by our customers.

Producing high volume, high quality products is at the core of what we do, and it’s important that consistency is both maintained, but constantly improved.  Working with our Audit Partners, we’ve developed our Quality Manual to cover every aspect of the production process, from raw material, through cutting, printing, stitching, packing and final AQL quality checks.

We have been audited to the Loblaw, Li & Fung, Walmart & IKEA standards and the Impactt Standard, all with the aim of giving our all of customers the confidence in our ability to supply safe, legal and quality products.

The Code Conduct

People with Fairness:

 All employees whether permanent or contracted are treated with fairness and without being subjected to any form of discrimination or psychological, physical, sexual or verbal abuse or harassment.

All contact with KRISHNA HESSIANS  staff or associates will be conducted with respect and fairness at all times.

Child Labour:

 The use of child labour is strictly prohibited prohibited in our organization.

Working Hours:

  All employees are  worked within local laws and mandatory standards to ensure that breaks, rest days, total hours, holiday etc. are fairly provided and managed.

Employment Practices:

 Only employees who are legally eligible to work will be  employed in any capacity. All work shall be voluntary and workers must be free to leave work or terminate their employment after reasonable notice.

Employees are provided with wages and benefits that, as a minimum, comply with all national legal requirements and must be enough to meet the basic needs of employees and their dependants.

We have policy and advised all  workmen , Staff or suppliers  to our business to have appropriate and easily accessible channels through which to express grievances or exchange views frankly and honestly.

These will be responded to or resolved within agreed timescales.


Workplace environment:

 All employees in KRISHNA HESSIANS  in a safe and healthy working environment with adequate lighting, potable drinking water, risk protection and provided adequate PPE as required.

Crisis Management:

 We have documented crisis plan  to cover worker safety, emergency training and first aid as well as disaster recovery managing product availability, safety and welfare in the event of partial or total loss of facilities.

Product Safety:

All products and services delivered by us must meet the quality, legal and safety standards required both by law and to comply with KRISHNA HESSIANS ’s  requirements
